2009 Scholarship Winner - Diana Zuccarelli-Pegoraro
The Port Credit Alumni Association is pleased to announce that the recipient of our $750 Alumni Scholarship for 2009 is Diana Zuccarelli-Pegoraro.
Diana has been an outstanding all-round student during her years at Port Credit. In addition to honour roll standing with marks in the 90s, Diana has also received individual subject awards in History, French and English.
Rounding out her subject awards was an award in Music - an area in which she demonstrated great skill. Diana plays several instruments and was a member of the band, jazz band, orchestra and choir.
Diana also has a keen interest in athletics, and participated in track & field, cross-country running and dragon boat racing.
Diana's goal is to become a lawyer, and this year she is enrolled at the University of Toronto, and is taking history and political science classes as a background for law school.
The members of the PCSS Alumni Committee wish to congratulate Diana on her academic achievements at Port Credit and to thank her for her contribution to school activities. We wish her much success in her future endeavors.
