Any information submitted to us via this web site will be used solely by the PCSS Alumni Committee for the purposes of communicating with former PCSS students and staff about school-related alumni events. This information will not be sold, given away, or used by anyone else.
If you're nervous about entering personal information into a web site, we understand. That's why we're going to explain exactly what this form does, who will receive this data, and exactly how it will be used.
When you press the Submit button, any information entered on the form below will sent (by e-mail) to our database administrator, Gary Branning. Gary will enter your contact information into our database, and that's where it will stay. The PCSS Alumni Committee will use this information only to inform you about alumni-related events. Your information will not be sold, given away, or used by anyone else.
If you prefer, you may e-mail Gary directly. His e-mail address is: garybranning@rogers.com. This will accomplish the same thing as filling out the form.
If you're already on our alumni list, please tell us if you have a change of postal address, a new e-mail address, or if any of your other contact information changes.
