2014 Scholarship Winner - Alnoor Gowani
The Port Credit Alumni Association is pleased to announce that the 2014 recipient of our $750 award for a student going on to College is Alnoor Gowani.
Alnoor is going to be attending George Brown College for Business and Marketing. While at PCSS, Alnoor was involved with the Interact Travelogue and Conference.
In the community Alnoor volunteered with his faith-based group at the Toronto International Centre. He also volunteered with the Port Credit Annual Waterfront Festival.
In 2009, Alnoor was recognized as an Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year for his role in saving a man's life who was drowning in the Gull River.
The Alumni Association wishes Alnoor all the best in his future endeavours.
